In November 2024, a mentorship program was launched by the CBH Graduate School and Labex Arcane. The aim is to support PhD students during an important career-building period by putting them in touch with a mentor whose career path is inspiring and who works in the public or private sector. 

The programme enabled 10 mentor/mentee pairs to be formed during the past academic year, all of whom have developed a strong connection.

• to have a positive impact on the future professional lives of our doctoral students
• to become part of a network of mentors
• to strengthen your leadership skills
• to gain visibility

Gender equality program

This mentorship program is part of a drive to promote professional equality between women and men.

Throughout the year, several actions were proposed on this theme of f/h equality, such as conferences, workshops or round tables.
