It will take place on November 12 from 11.30am to 12.30pm at MaCI (339 Av. Centrale, 38400 Saint-Martin-d'Hères) and will be followed by lunch.

The aim of this conference, which is open to all, is to promote equality in the fields of chemistry, biology and health, focusing on current issues and innovative solutions.

The conference will be led by Claire Delepau, director of the Terre de sens professional coaching agency, expert in the field of coaching women scientists, teachers, managers, etc., and a lecturer in the D.U. égalité femmes/hommes program at UGA (Université Grenoble Alpes).
