Mentoring program: A new series of testimonial videos

In this new series of four videos, you will meet inspiring mentors from the first edition of the mentoring program, which took place between 2024 and 2025. They guided a doctoral student who was ready to take charge of their career path.

The mentorship program, run by the CBH Graduate School and Labex Arcane, is part of a broader initiative to promote gender equality in the workplace. The aim of the mentorship program is to help PhD students at an important stage in their career development, by pairing them up with a female or male mentor (someone with an inspiring track record working in the public or private sector).

This initiative was set up in collaboration with the UGA's Gender Equality Mission and the UGA's Communications Department.
