BIOPI is developing an implantable bioartificial pancreas, a sustainable alternative for treating type 1 diabetes. This innovative technology enables autonomous blood sugar regulation without daily insulin injections or the complications associated with traditional transplants. Once the startup has reached maturity, it could offer future opportunities for students and young researchers wishing to join this adventure.

Efor is a consulting firm specializing in the healthcare industry. They offer customized solutions in engineering, quality digitization, and project management, with a presence in France and internationally.

FunCell

FunCell is a young, innovative company specializing in the research and development of modified bio-based polymers. These polymers reinforce the mechanical properties of cellulosic materials, making them more resistant in both dry and wet conditions. We are also conducting research to expand their applications, particularly in the biomedical field. Located on the Grenoble campus, we are committed to innovation that respects the environment and green chemistry.

Founded in 2003, Revitacare is a pioneer French laboratory in Aesthetic Medicine and skin quality. Specialized in research, design, manufacture and distribution of hyaluronic acid-based products dedicated to Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetics Laboratoire Revitacare develops cross-linked and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid-based injectable Medical Devices for the face and scalp.

Discover SmartPatch: a future deep tech startup that aims to reinvent sports performance monitoring through real-time, continuous, and non-invasive analysis of sweat biomarkers. To do this, it is developing a connected patch—developed at the TIMC laboratory—that allows athletes to instantly view key data (glucose, lactate, amino acids, pH, temperature, etc.) in order to optimize training, recovery, and nutrition, with direct synchronization to mobile devices and the cloud.

Workshops and highlights of the day

The Cadres Seniors bénévoles association brings together former executives and business leaders with expertise in all fields of activity. Their wide-ranging experience enables them to advise students looking for work-study programs or jobs on how to optimize their chances of success in interviews. 
For the job fair, the association offers workshops on: 
  1. Company interviews
    - Preparation: researching the company, taking notes, familiarizing yourself with the company culture, preparing questions
    - During the interview: how to introduce yourself, how to show your interest in the position, asking questions, concluding the interview to ensure follow-up
  2. CVs: what they should contain, how to personalize them, how to attract the reader's attention
  3. Cover letters: how they differ from CVs, how to address the company you are applying to
Important: please remember to print your resume and cover letter for these workshops.

Come and have your professional photo taken during the Job Fair with a professional photographer! The photo will then be emailed to you after the event.
The workshop is free and no registration is required.
The photo shoot will take between 5 and 10 minutes and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. 

 
 

Roundtable



From 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the presentation area at Medytec
Led by young employees and entrepreneurs, this round table discussion will address the topic of finding your first job. Our speakers will share their experiences as former UGA students who have entered the workforce. Come listen to their stories and, above all, ask them your questions, and share your thoughts on the topic of finding your first job.
