The aim of the mentorship program is to help PhD students at an important stage in their career development, by pairing them up with a female or male mentor (someone with an inspiring track record working in the public or private sector).
This mentorship program is part of a drive to promote professional equality between women and men.
PhD students must be affiliated with one of the 16 laboratories within the CBH Graduate School perimeter: BGE, BioSanté, Cermav, DCM, DPM, GIN, HP2, IAB, IBS, LBFA, LCBM, LPCV, LPNC, LRB, SyMMES, TIMC.
Preferably in first or second year of thesis (some 3rd year students are also accepted).
- October 2024: a half-day training session for mentees and mentors on their roles and the principles of mentoring.
- November 2024 to July 2025: 6 meetings between mentors and doctoral students(mentees)
Applications are open until September 23, 2024. To become a mentee, please complete and return the attached form at cbh-internationalgraduateschool@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr
The information gathered will enable us to set up mentee/mentor pairs.
