Thesis : Development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) targeting ferroptosis as anticancer agents Abstract: The thesis project aims to develop an ADC drug candidate combining a ferroptosis inducer and an antibody for targeted chemotherapy in cancer treatment.
"My research journey began in Costa Rica, where I earned my BSc. in Chemistry from the University of Costa Rica. I discovered my passion for organic/medicinal chemistry and drug design throughout my undergraduate studies. After gaining valuable experience in pharmaceutical companies, I pursued a Master's in Organic Synthesis at Université Grenoble Alpes. Recently, I started my PhD through a collaborative project between LRB (Laboratoire Radiopharmaceutiques Biocliniques) and IAB (Institut pour l'Avancée des Biosciences) focusing on antibody-drug conjugates for targeted cancer treatment. The CBH Graduate School's cutting-edge research environment aligns perfectly with my goals. Looking beyond the thesis, I aspire to advance my career in R&D projects focused on cancer research."
