"On the 26th and 27th June 2025, PhD students and post docs from Laboratoire de Psychologie et NeuroCognition (LPNC) and Laboratoire Interuniversitaire de Psychologie (LIP/PC2S) hosted the sixth edition of the Rencontres Jeunes Chercheurs.

The aim of the event is to share scientific knowledge about cognitive sciences and promote networking for early career researchers from multiple laboratories, research fields and countries.
Over the course of the two days, a variety of content was organised:
Thirteen speakers presented their work in five symposiums, with topics related to psychology and cognitive sciences (memory and metacognition, addictions, neuropsychology, social cognition and clinical approaches).

During posters sessions, master students from Université Grenoble Alpes et Université Savoie Mont-Blanc presented their research work.
In a round table session, various topics related to new methodologies in research and ethics were discussed with the attendees.
To make psychology more accessible to the general public, we invited a young researcher, Maud Rasamimanana, to present the contributions of psychological research on the topics of comic books and learning processes. The talk was entitled: “La BD, un outil pour faciliter la compréhension ?”. It was a lecture with drawings: Elsa Lecarpentier, a professional artist from Grenoble, provided live illustrations to accompany the main presentation.

This year again, our event was received with great enthusiasm by both the scientific community, the master students and the general public. We thank our partners for supporting us in this project!"
